Omar is an ICAEW qualified Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years of accounting, auditing and advisory experience across Deloitte, one of the Big 4, and mid-tier firms and in-house finance roles. He builds finance functions, leads group consolidations, prepares board-level reports and supports audit readiness. He started CrestWell so that smaller businesses could get the same calibre of financial thinking as the large ones.

Faiq Khan

Specialist associate, business transformation and efficiency

Faiq brings over 20 years of experience helping organisations operate leaner, smarter and more profitably. His career spans senior roles at leading multinationals including PwC and Ericsson, where he built deep expertise across business transformation, process redesign, automation, financial systems implementation and change management.

While Faiq has led complex transformation programmes for some of the largest organisations, including his current role heading the transformation and change agenda for Australia's largest betting and wagering business, his real passion lies in bringing that enterprise-grade thinking to growing businesses.

He understands that small and medium-sized businesses need practical, commercially focused solutions, not heavy corporate frameworks. Faiq works closely with business owners and leadership teams to streamline operations, automate manual processes, strengthen financial systems and unlock the efficiencies needed to scale with confidence.

Roopal is a senior HR advisory consultant with over 20 years of specialist experience helping businesses build, manage and retain high-performing teams.

She works fractionally with growing businesses, including accountancy firms and SMEs, providing practical HR advisory and people management support without the overhead of a full-time hire.

Her expertise spans day-to-day HR support, employment contracts, payroll structuring and processing, and people-related compliance, giving business owners confidence that their people function is built on solid, professional foundations.
