Faiq brings over twenty years of experience helping organisations operate leaner, smarter and more profitably, with senior roles at leading multinationals including PwC and Ericsson, where he built deep expertise across business transformation, process redesign, automation, financial systems implementation and change management. He currently heads the transformation and change agenda for Australia's largest betting and wagering business.

Redesign first, then automate

- No. We redesign the process first, so you are not automating a bad one, and then automate what makes sense. Automating a slow or duplicated process only makes the waste happen faster.
Will we need to buy new software?
- Not necessarily. We use the tools you already have wherever possible. Where something new is the right answer, we say so, and the scope and fee are agreed with you in writing before any work starts.
